Dissertation Schedule

We will hold a doctoral dissertation presentation (public hearing) for those who will be conferred degrees.
The date and time will differ for each presenter, so please see the PDF below for details.

Precautions for those wishing to attend the public hearing

• You will be asked (1) to provide the name of your organization, your name, and your contact information at the time of the inquiry, and (2) to provide your identification, such as your employment ID, student ID, etc., on the day of the hearing.
• You cannot record video or audio of the hearing.
• We may ask you to leave the hearing room or block your communications, as determined by the chief examiner,
  if inappropriate behavior is observed during the hearing.
• If the hearing is conducted online, you may not share the meeting URL with others. You must keep your web camera on during the hearing.
